Alken-Maes breweries

On Thursday the 5th of March it was time for the first Round Table Conference of 2009. Lots of ISAM members gathered in Kobbegem, Belgium, where Maarten Tegenbosch (Export Manager) provided them the chance to have a look within Alken-Maes. This brewery group is part of Heineken International and the challenger in the Belgian beer market, though Alken-Maes is also very active in the Netherlands.

The main topic of the day was: To survive, your Company should be Sales Driven (Sales with a personal touch). At the end of the day, the attendants enjoyed a glass of "Brussel's Champagne" and other special types of beer of Alken-Maes while talking to other ISAM members. We thank all people present for their contribution to this successful afternoon!
