ISAM Knowledge Events
- The ISAM Knowledge Event 2009 again took place at the Domina Hotel in Rotterdam. On Friday the 23rd of October it was time for the sixth edition of this event. With 230 attendants it was a very successful day.
- The ISAM Knowledge Event 2008 was organized on the 24th of October at the Domina Hotel in Rotterdam. This event was as successful as the years before. A lot of interesting topics were discussed and the 180 attendants experienced an interesting evening with a lot of laughter.
- On Friday the 19th of October 2007, ISAM organized the fourth edition of the ISAM Knowledge Event in cooperation with Professional Capital. During this edition several prominent speakers provided the audience with the newest insights into the field of sales & account management and leadership. Over 100 attendants were present on this day.
- The ISAM Knowledge Event 2006 took place on the 27th of October. The topic of this event was “Thought leadership with customers”. Thought leadership is the ability to discover customer issues, ensure the customer considers you to be a trustworthy advisor, and making the customer willing to discuss his/her issues with you. During these in-depth conversations customers are willing to mention issues which they do not share with others. This way you will better understand their business management and be able to offer result-based solutions.
- On Friday the 28th of October, during the ISAM Knowledge Event 2005, Marleen Huysman shared her findings about the gain, exchange and development of knowledge. Marleen Huysman is associate professor Knowledge and Organizations at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and author of the book "Kennis delen in de praktijk" (sharing knowledge in practice). On the 23rd floor of the Beurs-WTC building about 100 relations of ISAM were present.
