Target group

 The Strategic Account Management course is suited for participants such as the following:

  • Directors / supervisors who are about to set up new, great accounts.
  • (Key) account managers with broad experience, who would like to further qualify themselves in this field.
  • Highly ranked employees from other fields (e.g. marketing), who would like to start in (key account management).
  • Highly ranked sales employees, who would like to grow into account management.

During the course the participants are provided with management implications.
