Research

Scientific research is one of the most important ingredients of the Institute for Sales and Account Management, ISAM. ISAM believes that research is only productive when it solves important problems or issues to increase the productivity of the sales machine and improve the account management system. With its research, ISAM aims to explain and introduce measurable terms like: street-smartness, guts/courage and the usage/the expressing of influences on colleagues and on customers. 

ISAM works together with the ErasmusMC concerning neurosciences and information processing. The ISAM is currently researching how salesmen treat their customer. Because interdisciplinarity is necessary to succeed in research, ISAM links marketing, strategy, psychology and neuroscience together.
