Objective
The central objective of ISAM is to generate original scientific knowledge about Sales and Account Management and share the research results with (inter)national business. Starting-point is that both science and the work field will learn a lot from each other when collaborating.
Philosophy of ISAM
In line with the objective of ISAM, conducting research on Sales and Account Management, we share our research-based knowledge in our postacademic courses with the participants.
- The ISAM-philosophy assumes that the transfer of knowledge to companies is based on innovation: we live in a knowledge based economy and within this knowledge society we have to investigate the new insights of development.
- During the courses of ISAM we share the knowledge we gain from our research with the participants. Interaction, discussions and mainly sharing knowledge are central. The theoretical parts are complemented with various guest speakers, with extensive management and/ or sales experience at leading companies such as; Philips, Achmea and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
