Objective

The central objective of ISAM is to generate original scientific knowledge about sales and account Management and publicize the research results to the (inter)national business. The idea is that we try to find a balance between scientific background and experiences from practice.

Philosophy of ISAM

In line with the core business of ISAM, research on Sales and Account Management, we share our research-based knowledge in our post-graduate courses with the participants.

  • The ISAM-philosophy assumes that the transfer of knowledge to companies is based on innovation: we live in a knowledge society and within this knowledge society we have to research the new insights of development.
  • During the courses of ISAM we share the knowledge we gain from our research with the participants. Interaction, discussions and mainly sharing knowledge are central. The theoretical parts are complemented with various guest speakers, with extensive management and/ or sales experience at leading companies such as; Philips, Achmea and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
